Will your carry-ons fit in the overhead bin?

Our 19–21" carry-ons meet the size requirements of most major North American airlines. Budget carriers can be stricter — check your airline's published limits before you fly.

Are the locks TSA-approved?

Yes. Every hardside case we carry uses TSA-approved combination locks, so security agents can inspect without cutting the lock.

Are your pens and watches authentic?

Completely. We source every piece through authorized distribution — each pen ships with its papers and presentation box, and each watch with its warranty card.

Do fountain pens come ready to write?

Every fountain pen ships unused with the nib size listed on the product page. Most include a cartridge or converter — check the specs, and email us if you'd like advice on ink.

Orders, shipping & returns

How do I track my order?

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days.

What's your return policy?

Return any unused item within 100 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping on all domestic orders. Note that inked nibs and wheel scuffs count as use.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship across North America, with international shipping on the roadmap.

Warranty & support

What if my luggage breaks?

Every piece carries its maker's warranty — up to Briggs & Riley's lifetime guarantee that even covers airline damage. Email us and we handle the claim.

My case was damaged by the airline — what now?

File a damage claim with the airline before leaving the airport, then email us a photo. If it's a Briggs & Riley, the lifetime guarantee covers it outright; for other brands we can often arrange discounted repairs or parts.
