Every fountain pen ships unused with the nib size listed on the product page. Most include a cartridge or converter — check the specs, and email us if you'd like advice on ink.
You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Return any unused item within 100 days for a full refund. We cover return shipping on all domestic orders. Note that inked nibs and wheel scuffs count as use.

File a damage claim with the airline before leaving the airport, then email us a photo. If it's a Briggs & Riley, the lifetime guarantee covers it outright; for other brands we can often arrange discounted repairs or parts.
