How we pack, where we ship, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Every order ships fully tracked from our warehouse. Hardside luggage travels in its own protective outer carton, and pens and watches ship in their original presentation boxes, wrapped and cushioned — everything arrives the way it left the maker.

Order processing

In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a tracking link the moment your order ships. Orders placed after 1pm PT on Friday begin processing the next business day.

Oversized pieces & fine goods

28"+ checked cases and trunks ship oversize with extra corner protection.
Fountain pens and watches ship signature-required in their original gift boxes.
Multi-piece orders may arrive in separate boxes on different days — tracking covers each box.
Inspect the carton before signing for freight deliveries and note any visible damage on the slip.

Traveling soon? Order by Tuesday with Express shipping and most addresses receive luggage before the weekend. International shipping isn't available yet.
