Every product ships with its full manufacturer warranty, registered to you. If a wheel, handle, zipper, nib or movement fails under normal use, the maker repairs or replaces it — and we handle the conversation for you.

Cosmetic wear (scratches and scuffs are badges of travel), misuse, overpacking beyond stated capacity, and water damage on non-water-resistant pieces. One exception worth knowing: Briggs & Riley's lifetime guarantee covers airline damage too — if a carrier cracks it, it still gets repaired.
